I am not a very strict host, but I am very firm on the few rules I do request to be followed. *Please note- all occupants must provide a photo ID copy within 24 hours of booking confirmation to verify identity. Please email copy to borrowedtimeinvestmentsllc@gmail.com * No smoking allowed inside the home, if you smoke outside please use the provided ashtray for your butts. There will be an additional $500 cleaning fee for smoking inside the home. * There is absolutely no animals allowed at this home. I have a strict no animal policy, and a $500 fee will be charged per animal. * No parties, gatherings or events. I have a maximum of 6 guest. All guest that will be staying or visiting must be accounted for per the reservation. A $500 fee will be charged. * No fire pits allowed. * No parking in the grass, as the driveway allows room for 3 vehicles. * If any house rules are broke, I reserve the right to evict without refund.
