I am not a very strict host, but I am very firm on the few rules that I do request to be followed. *No smoking allowed inside the home. If you choose to smoke please do outside and dispose of your butts responsibly. *There are absolutely no animals allowed at this home. I have a strict no animal policy. *No parties, gatherings, or events of any kinds. This activity is not supported by myself or Airbnb. I have a maximum of 10 guest. All guest that will be staying or visiting must be accounted for per the reservation. *No fires allowed anywhere on the premises * Please note- all occupants must provide a photo ID copy within 24 hours of booking confirmation to verify identity. ****A $500 fee will be charged for any rules broken along with reserving the right to evict without notice.
